1. Why did you decide to pursue a career focused on sustainability?
"As an environmental engineer, I have always been driven by the generation of positive impact, and working with sustainability has been a way for me to follow that purpose. I believe that by collaborating with socially and environmentally responsible business practices, we can go further and enhance the generation of shared value. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with topics such as social performance, governance, transparency, corporate education, and, primarily, climate change."
2. How do you see the future of ESG in the world?
"ESG and the need for generating positive impact through companies are here to stay. Strategies aligned with ESG pillars will be a key factor for the continuity and longevity of businesses. Moreover, the generation of positive impact by organizations is expected to gain strength over the years, given the context of an increasingly mature and conscious society."
3. What book/movie would you recommend about ESG?
"A good book to delve into one of the most discussed topics today is 'How to Avoid a Climate Disaster: The Solutions We Have and the Breakthroughs We Need'. - Bill Gates"

"A quote that I live by is: 'If you want to change the world, start with yourself.' - Mahatma Gandhi."
5. Any hobbies that make you feel good?
"In my free time, I love reading literature and romance books."
